Welcome to Balanced Female Nutrition clinic for women

Hello! I'm Hayley, a Nutritional Therapist with a clinic in Hertfordshire, providing nutritional therapy to support women's health and fertility journeys.

It's my personal journey through PCOS and infertility that ignited my passion for nutrition.

Now, my goal is to empower women with science-backed protocols and knowledge, giving them the tools to truly take charge of their hormone health and well-being for the long term.

Are you struggling with....

★ Menopause / perimenopause: Hot flushes, night sweats, low mood, irritability, difficulty sleeping, brain fog, vaginal dryness, fatigue

★Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS ) & infertility (irregular / absent periods, excess facial hair, hair loss)

★ Recurrent Miscarriage

★ Poor skin health: Acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis

★ Persistent Thrush (Candida)

★ Constant fatigue, food cravings and weight gain

Just because these symptoms are common, does not mean they are normal.

Symptoms are your body's way of telling you it is out of balance, get in touch and lets discuss how we can address these.

Please don't suffer in silence, understanding that these issues can be effectively addressed through science backed nutrition and lifestyle choices will empower you to transform your health for good.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is dedicated to understanding and addressing the underlying causes of your symptoms. By thoroughly reviewing your medical history, we can pinpoint the body systems under stress and identify the key factors driving your symptoms.

We have access to advanced diagnostic testing, this provides a comprehensive in depth look into your health status. This is helpful if all your standard test results are showing 'normal' but you still don't feel yourself.

We base our approach on sound scientific evidence, tailoring nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations unique to each client. These personalised protocols are designed to effectively target and resolve the root causes of your symptoms, promoting lasting wellness.

Health is not a one size fits all

It's important to emphasise that my approach isn't a one-size-fits-all solution. Your symptoms and medical history are unique to you, requiring a personalised approach to achieve successful outcomes in your health journey.

Why should you care about your nutrition?

Our bodies naturally strive for wellness. In today's fast-paced world, we often fill ourselves with food lacking essential nutrients for optimal functioning. We should not be driving our symptoms with every meal, yet many of us unknowingly are doing exactly that.

Eating should be an opportunity to nourish our bodies, providing what it needs to reach equilibrium and function optimally. Unfortunately, determining what to eat has become overly complicated.

My mission is to effectively resolve your symptoms for good, by offering simple science backed protocols that will fit easily into your daily life.
